before contacting us.

|
| Q. Why should I sell my discs
to Deja Vu Discs?
|
|
A. Deja Vu Discs is unlike a typical used disc
retailer since what we pay is based on supply and demand, and not on personal
preference or attitude. Our fair value computer system ensures that you always
get the most for your discs without any hassles. A recent article in the
National Post (see Media Room) surveyed stores in
Toronto and determined Deja Vu Discs as the best place to sell your discs based
on the number of discs we buy and the amount of money we pay.
|
|
| Q. Will you buy all my discs?

A. We try our best to buy as many discs as
possible but we cannot buy all discs. If certain discs are not very popular, or
if we have too many copies, we will have to pass on them.

|
| Q. Will you buy my discs if
they have scratches?
|
|
A. Deja Vu Discs staff are trained to quickly
determine whether or not scratches on discs are repairable. If upon inspection

discs are repaired before being offered for sale to ensure that they look and
play like new.
